Please include the email address on your Slay account and a short description of what you need help with. Do not send your full card number, bank details, passwords, or other sensitive payment information by email.

Cancel a Subscription

How you cancel depends on how you subscribed.

Apple / App Store Subscription

To cancel future renewals on iPhone or iPad:

1. Open Settings

2. Tap your name

3. Tap Subscriptions

4. Select Slay – Find Your Fit

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Stripe / Web Checkout Subscription

To cancel a Stripe or web checkout subscription:

1. Open Slay – Find Your Fit

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap Manage Subscription or Billing

4. Select your active subscription

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

If you cannot access your account or do not see that option, email hello@jupiterwellness.co with the email address on your Slay account and write: “Please cancel my Stripe subscription.”
