This EULA is between you (“User”) and Jupiter Technologies LLC (“Company”) and governs your use of Aura Wellness App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App.

• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App.

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

3. Ownership

The App is owned and copyrighted by Jupiter Technologies LLC You are granted limited rights to use it, not ownership.

4. Health Disclaimer

The App provides skincare information and recommendations for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

5. Updates & Changes

We may provide updates. By continuing use, you agree to updated versions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate this license if you violate this EULA.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages beyond what you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months before a claim.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this EULA.
