This Privacy Policy explains how Jupiter Technologies LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Slay – Find Your Fit (the “App”).
Slay – Find Your Fit is a fashion app that helps users discover, organize, evaluate, and personalize outfits, clothing items, style preferences, and related fashion recommendations.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and personalize the App.

This information is used to provide and personalize App features, including outfit suggestions, style recommendations, fit-related outputs, saved fashion content, and related user experiences.
c. Photos, Images, and Camera or Photo Library Content
If the App allows image-based features, you may choose to upload, capture, or save photos or images, including clothing images, outfit images, closet photos, or other fashion-related content.
We may process these images to:
Display, save, or organize your fashion content
Provide outfit, closet, styling, or fit-related features
Generate personalized fashion recommendations
Improve App functionality and user experience
The App may request access to your camera or photo library only when needed for a feature you choose to use. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.
Unless clearly disclosed in the App, we do not use uploaded images to identify you, create biometric identifiers, or determine sensitive personal characteristics.
d. Purchase and Subscription Information
If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payment transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We may receive limited purchase-related information from Apple, such as:

We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

If you submit text, images, closet entries, outfit notes, prompts, or other content through the App, we process that content to provide the App’s features.
User-generated content is not sold. We do not use user-generated content for behavioral advertising or data brokerage.

a. Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the App, such as hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, customer support tools, image processing providers, or subscription management tools.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to protect information appropriately.
b. Apple and App Store Services
If you make an in-app purchase or subscription purchase, Apple processes the transaction and may provide us with limited transaction and subscription status information needed to unlock or manage App features.
c. Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or lawful requests from public authorities.
d. Business Transfers

We do not use personal data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising or advertising measurement purposes unless we first provide any required notice and obtain any required permission.

If the App allows account creation, you may initiate account deletion within the App where available.
